SARS-CoV-2 Variants classification using GSP and ML

The dataset is used in the paper titled "Application of genomic signal processing as a tool for high performance classification of SARS-CoV-2 variants: A machine learning-based approach" published in Soft Computing. It contains three datasets. One is comprised of various Human Coronaviruses named HCOV and the second one consists of various SARS-CoV-2 variants named as CoV-Variant. The third one is Omicron dataset containing Omicron and other variants.
