Bottlesim results for Przewalski's horse

We used BottleSim to do forwards-in-time simulations (also known as individual-based simulations), and predict the genetic impact of population reductions. Through simulation, we could monitor changes in the genetic composition of a population analyzing samples at specific time intervals based on a starting population value.We have tried variable scenarios of population size(15,50,100,200)

本研究借助BottleSim开展正向时间模拟（forwards-in-time simulations，亦称基于个体的模拟，individual-based simulations），以预测种群缩减所产生的遗传效应。通过该模拟实验，我们可基于初始种群数值，以特定时间间隔对样本进行分析，进而监测种群遗传组成的动态变化。本次实验设置了种群规模分别为15、50、100、200的多组可变情景。
