Curcuma alismatifolia is a monocotyledonous perennial and a member of the ginger family (Zingiberaceae) originating from the tropical and subtropical areas of northern Thailand and Cambodia. In this study, we used next generation sequencing (NGS) technique to analyze transcripts and characterize the differentially expressed genes of C. alismatifolia between two cultivars of curcuma alismatifolia.
