The aim of this study was to investigate the B cell receptor (BCR) heavy chain repertoire in COVID-19 patients, and the application of these data to identifying potential therapeutic antibodies, and for predicting positive patient responses. Samples were collected from the peripheral blood of patients admitted with acute COVID-19 pneumonia to medical wards at Barts Health NHS Trust, London, UK.
