Reasons for using computer, tablet and internet among elderly in Norway 2018

According to a survey from 2018, the majority of elderly in Norway, amounting to 70 percent of the respondents, used computer, tablet and internet in order to stay informed or updated. The second most common reason for being digitally enabled was in order to manage tasks from home (55 percent), while 41 percent of the elderly went online to stay in contact with family and friends.根据2018年的一项调查，挪威老年人中，有70%的受访者利用电脑、平板电脑和互联网来获取信息或保持更新。数字化接入的第二大原因是为了在家管理任务（占55%），而41%的老年人上网是为了与家人和朋友保持联系。
