Online platforms most likely used for OTC health purchases U.S. 2023

In 2023, in the United States, consumers gave insight into which websites and apps they prefer to use when purchasing over-the-counter (OTC) health products online. The online platform that is used the most for purchasing OTC health products was Walmart, with 33 percent of respondents, and following close behind was Amazon at 30 percent. However, around one in ten admitted that they never purchase their health products online, the largest group following Walmart and Amazon.
