Comparative transcriptomic analyses of two sugarcane Saccharum officinarum cultivars differing in drought tolerance

Sugarcane is an important economic crop. Drought has a great impact on its agricultural production. In order to study the drought resistance mechanism of sugarcane, the transcriptomes of two cultivars with different drought resistance under different degree of water shortage were compared.
