MAKAAO knowledge graph

MAKAAO knowledge graph lists human autoantibodies, their targets, the diseases they are associated with, and the lab tests used to detect them. The different types of items are designated by reusing identifiers from various terminologies and ontologies. Targets and diseases are recorded with a reference justifying their association with an autoantibody. These data were collected from the literature by human curators (MAKAAO Core dataset), and were then automatically converted into an RDF knowledge graph using a purpose-made set of Python scripts.
