Collected and monitored in real time via the software and hardware equipment of the intelligent dispatching and monitoring system of Jinhua Bus Group, this dataset covers the departure and operation data of public transport vehicles, and can be applied to the following scenarios:
1. Real-time management of public transport vehicle operation: Use the GPS longitude and latitude data of buses to obtain vehicle positioning information, which facilitates the identification of driving route deviations.
2. Public transport services for third-party map applications: Integrate vehicle operation and management data into map software to provide the public with services such as real-time bus status inquiry and arrival alerts.
1. Data Collection: Collect real-time data including departure queue information, station arrival information, trajectory information, and mileage information of public transport vehicles within Jinhua City from the intelligent dispatching and monitoring system of Jinhua Bus Group;
2. Data Processing: Summarize, classify, and clean the collected data according to vehicle routes, and perform structured conversion on GPS positioning data to form a processable dataset;
3. Data Algorithm Processing: Use the Haversine algorithm to calculate the route deviation credibility of public transport vehicles based on their longitude and latitude data. First, calculate the radian value of the longitude difference between two points: (longitude - average longitude) / π * 180; then calculate the radian value of the latitude difference between two points: (longitude - average longitude) / π * 180; finally, use the Haversine algorithm to calculate the deviation credibility: 1 - (radian value of longitude difference + radian value of latitude difference) / AVG(radian value of longitude difference + radian value of latitude difference), where AVG represents the average value.
4. Data Application: Calculate and analyze the route deviation credibility of a single bus trip to evaluate the vehicle's route operation status. When the deviation credibility is within the range of (0.95, 1.05), the vehicle is operating normally; when the deviation credibility is below 0.95 or above 1.05, the vehicle has deviated from the route, and the arrival time prediction needs to be readjusted.
