we performed the whole-genome sequencing of 108 core cultivar germlines from International Potato Center and revealed more than 27 million SNPs and Indels with high resolution. Domestication analysis was performed and identified 138 high-confidence selective sweeps comprising 54 predicted genes related to photoperiodic flowering and temperature sensitivity as well as specific cell division, which significantly helps to understand how genomes of CIP accessions were shaped by environment and human selection. In addition, based on the systemic analysis of 25 agronomic traits, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) identified 50 promising loci with strong association signals.
