Coded Dataset: Historical Narratives in the 2025 Czech Parliamentary Election Campaign

Coded dataset of 56 units of analysis of historical references used in televised pre-election debates during the 2025 Czech parliamentary election campaign (2 September–2 October 2025). The dataset includes verbatim quotations, source debate metadata (channel, date, format), speaker information (party affiliation, institutional position), and coding variables capturing the type of historical reference, its discursive function (delegitimisation, mobilisation, warning, self-legitimisation), thematic context, dominant emotion, and moral framing.
