Animal composition of Barn owl pellets (Tyto furcata), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

151 Barn owl (Tyto furcata) pellets were gathered from the surroundings of a nest in Santa Maria Madalena county, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, during the month of december of 2021. The pellets were, then, manually separated between their different components, such as bones, fur, feathers and other undigested remains. These components were, subsequently, identified to their lowest discernible Taxa.
