Prices charged on the 15th of the month: fixed fixed prices (all year) and down payment prices excluding end-of-year increases (July to January).每月15日执行的收费价格分为两类：一类为全年固定定价，另一类为不含年终涨价的首付款价格，适用时段为7月至次年1月。
