Studying gastrulation by invagination: the bending of a cell sheet by mechanical cell properties using 3D deformable cell based simulations

This dataset contains the scripts and end results of invagination simulation experiments.The data are the results of a 3D cell based model that was used to investigate invagination: the bending of a cell sheet, and uses cell-cell adhesion, apical constriction, cell volume conservation, collision detection and handeling.本数据集包含内陷（invagination）模拟实验的脚本与最终结果。该数据源自用于研究内陷——即细胞层弯曲过程——的三维细胞模型的仿真结果，此模型采用了细胞间黏附、顶膜收缩、细胞体积守恒、碰撞检测与处理等技术手段。
