Roads with high traffic — Department of Puy de Dome — May 2010

High-traffic roads, regardless of whether they belong to the State, are roads which ensure the continuity of the main routes and, in particular, the diversion of traffic, the movement of exceptional transport, convoys and military transport and the economic services of the territory, and, as such, justify special rules on traffic police. The list of highways is established by decree (Decree No. 2009-615 of 3 June 2009 as amended on 31 May 2010).无论是否隶属于国家所有，高流量道路均为保障主干路网连通性的道路，其功能具体涵盖交通分流、特种运输、车队及军事运输通行，以及支撑辖区经济服务的正常运转；正因如此，针对此类道路需制定专门的交通警务管理规则。高速公路名录由法令正式确立，具体依据为2009年6月3日颁布、2010年5月31日修订的第2009-615号法令。
