The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kreuzmatten” of the municipality of Reute from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Development plan, priority use GE, MI, MD.开发规划（BPL）包含了针对城市规划管控的具有法律约束力的规定。原则上，开发规划应依托土地利用规划编制而成。本次可用数据为赖特（Reute）自治市采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《Kreuzmatten》开发规划。说明：本开发规划的优先适用用地类型为GE、MI、MD。
