Mitonuclear hybrid sequencing

Sequencing of pooled mitonuclear hybrids, generated by 10 generations of paternal, nonrecombinant backcrosses. Sequences also include the paternal source lines. Each pool is composed of 10 males and 10 females, with each individual contributing 2 ng of DNA.
