Size measurements of <i>B. longirostris</i> and <i>E. longispina </i>(collectively <i>Bosmina </i>spp.) subfossils in sediment cores from Upsalquitch and Goodwin lakes, New Brunswick. These lakes had their watersheds aerially sprayed with dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) in the 1950s. Sediment cores were collected from these lakes in summer 2016. Cladoceran subfossils and DDT isomer concentrations were assessed to understand the impacts of aerial insecticide spraying on the lake and the food web. Size data were collected as they can help clarify changes to trophic dynamics associated with environmental stressors; specifically, <i>Bosmina </i>spp. mucro lengths are used as indicators of predation pressure and thus can help distinguish between planktivorous and piscivorous fish regimes.
