Register of recognised training institutions pursuant to § 5 AEG and recognised persons and bodies for training pursuant to § 14 TfV

Trainers or training organisations providing important safety-related knowledge to train drivers or other railway operators shall be particularly qualified. The legislature therefore laid down a statutory obligation to recognise training facilities in § 7d AEG and specified them in the Train Driver License Ordinance (TfV) for train drivers.

If you want to train train drivers, you need recognition from the Federal Railway Office. The basis for this is §§ 1 and 14 TfV. This recognition may be requested for individuals (trainers) or for training organisations.

列车司机培训认可培训机构及个人与机构名录
本名录收录依据《铁路运营法（AEG）》第5条认定的培训机构，以及依据《列车驾驶培训条例（TfV）》第14条认定的培训相关个人与机构。

向列车司机或其他铁路运营者传授关键安全相关知识的培训师与培训机构，须具备特殊资质。为此，立法机关在《铁路运营法（AEG）》第7d条中确立了培训设施认定的法定义务，并在《列车驾驶执照条例（TfV）》中针对列车司机培训明确了相关认定要求。

若拟开展列车司机培训业务，须取得联邦铁路管理局的认定。此项认定的依据为《列车驾驶培训条例（TfV）》第1条与第14条。该认定既可针对个人（培训师）提出申请，也可针对培训机构提出申请。
