Timed Sequence Task - Data

Timed Sequence Task - data Raw and generated data from Timed Sequence Task. Data are generated by set of codes for standard operant boxes equipped with two fixed levers and a feeder (Med Associates, MED-307A-B1) and operated by Med-PC V software. Names of the tasks indicate the required sequences of lever presses (eg left - left - right - right). Individual inter-press intervals are specifically defined and are logged in great detail (ie. different types of incorrect presses are distinguished and recorded separately). Python scripts for the automated analysis of the resulting task logs are available on GitHub: Timed Sequence Task Analysis Dataset contains following files raw_data/data_vpa_final.csv original, complete log of all tasks as exported from Med-PC V Software columns are described in separate file Data VPA final - columns structure.txt raw_data/mastersheet_complete_one_file.csv : further context for the raw log allowing to split the original log in multiple task logs; format [ mouse - day - task ] ; this can be done using scripts provided here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7881058 generated data/data_by_task/[task-log].csv data from complete log filtered according to mastersheet into specific [task-log].csv files generated_data/subanalysis_results/[subanalysis-name]/[task-name].csv results of specific subanalyses divided by task names into separate files. e.g. count_all_presses_test/LLPP-count_all_presses_test.csv = subanalysis count all presses for LLPP task note that csv files in this directory have different structure, according to selected subanalysis定时序列任务数据集 本数据集包含定时序列任务的原始数据与生成数据。相关数据由一套代码生成，该代码适配配备两个固定杠杆与一个喂食器的标准操作行为箱（operant boxes，Med Associates公司，型号MED-307A-B1），并通过Med-PC V软件运行操控。 任务名称指代所需的杠杆按压序列（例如左-左-右-右）。各杠杆按压间隔均有明确界定，且日志记录极为详尽——即对不同类型的错误按压进行区分并单独记录。 操作行为箱代码可在此获取：Timed Sequence Task - OB。 用于自动分析生成任务日志的Python脚本已上传至GitHub：Timed Sequence Task Analysis。 本数据集包含以下文件： raw_data/data_vpa_final.csv： 所有任务的原始完整日志，由Med-PC V软件导出，其列结构详见独立文件Data VPA final - columns structure.txt。 raw_data/mastersheet_complete_one_file.csv： 为原始日志提供额外关联上下文，可用于将单一原始日志拆分为多个独立任务日志；格式为「小鼠-实验日-任务」，拆分可通过本数据集附带的脚本完成，脚本获取地址为：https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7881058。 generated_data/data_by_task/[task-log].csv： 将完整原始日志按照总表过滤后得到的特定任务日志文件，命名格式为[task-log].csv。 generated_data/subanalysis_results/[subanalysis-name]/[task-name].csv： 按任务名称分类存储的特定子分析结果文件。例如count_all_presses_test/LLPP-count_all_presses_test.csv 对应LLPP任务的全按压计数子分析结果。需注意，该目录下的CSV文件结构因所选子分析类型不同而存在差异。
