Light intensity in reflection mode of PAAO (1st sample 1st anodization)

Light intensity data recorded during the anodization of aluminum polycrystal. Light source: SLS201L/M (ThorLabs). Spectrometer: USB4000 (OceanOptics). Spectra acquisition software: SpectraSuite (OceanOptics). Integration time: 340 us. Scans to average: 5. Spectrum is recorded every 1 s during anodization. ref.txt includes reference spectra before the start of anodization process. Anodization was performed in 0.3 mol/L oxalic acid at 40 V for 1 hour.本数据集记录了多晶铝（aluminum polycrystal）阳极氧化（anodization）过程中的光强数据。光源为SLS201L/M（Thorlabs），光谱仪（spectrometer）为USB4000（OceanOptics），配套光谱采集软件（spectra acquisition software）为SpectraSuite（OceanOptics）。积分时间（Integration time）为340微秒，平均扫描次数（Scans to average）为5次。阳极氧化过程中每1秒记录一次光谱数据。ref.txt文件包含阳极氧化流程启动前的参考光谱。本次阳极氧化实验在0.3 mol/L草酸（oxalic acid）溶液、40 V电压下持续1小时。
