This data was random sample of adult participants (n=265 and 18–55 years old) in Tehran. Major dietary patterns were determined using principal component analysis (PCA) method on 24 food groups, using a valid and reliable 147-item food frequency questionnaire (FFQ). DBP genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reactions - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Data about the mental health status were collected using the Depression Anxiety, Stress Score (DASS-21).
本数据集的研究样本为德黑兰市的成年参与者,经随机抽样获取,共计265名,年龄区间为18~55岁。研究采用经过效度与信度验证的147条目版食物频率问卷 (Food Frequency Questionnaire, FFQ),基于24个食物分组,通过主成分分析 (Principal Component Analysis, PCA) 方法确定主要饮食模式;DBP基因型采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性 (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism, PCR-RFLP) 方法完成分型检测;心理健康状况相关数据则通过抑郁焦虑压力量表21项版 (Depression Anxiety, Stress Score-21, DASS-21) 收集得到。
