Green bonds issued by BNP Paribas 2016-2020

Green bonds are fixed income securities that finance investments with environmental or climate-related benefits. With 9.8 billion euros in green bonds as of the end of 2020, BNP Paribas was one of the most active banks in the world for issuing green bonds at this time. Unsurprisingly, France was the European leader on the green bond market, with the highest value of green bonds issued in 2020.
