Distribution of fintechs in Mexico 2023, by revenue

In 2023, the majority of fintechs in Mexico reported annual revenues between 500,000 and five million U.S. dollars. The share of fintechs decreased on higher revenue ranges: While 11 percent of the fintech businesses reported revenues ranged from five to 15 million U.S. dollars, only five percent had an annual revenue ranged between 15 and 50 million U.S. dollars. In 2023, there were over than 700 fintechs operating in Mexico, the majority of them focusing on lending and payments.
