we aimed to characterize the molecular functions and further investigate the regulatory network of degS in V. cholerae. To uncover the underlying molecular basis and further investigate the regulatory network of degS in V. cholerae, we used high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) technology to analyze the differential transcriptomic profile between the wild type and degS mutant strains.
