A dataset example of 2 serial slide of multiplex-immunofluorescence for IntegrAlign.Both slides have the same staining : DAPI, CLEC9A, BDCA2, CLEC10A, CD8, CK (Cytokeratin) and DCLAMP.The segmentation and phenotyping as been performed with InForm.The .txt is the original table of coordinates.The .csv is the processed file for IntegrAlign with chosen cell type and coordinates in pixels that match the image.本数据集为适配IntegrAlign的多重免疫荧光连续切片示例数据集，共包含2张连续切片。两张切片采用完全一致的染色方案：DAPI、CLEC9A、BDCA2、CLEC10A、CD8、CK（细胞角蛋白，Cytokeratin）以及DCLAMP。图像分割与细胞表型分型工作均通过InForm软件完成。配套的.txt格式文件为原始坐标数据表；.csv格式文件则为适配IntegrAlign的处理后文件，包含选定的细胞类型信息以及与图像匹配的像素级坐标数据。
