针对大扭矩轮毂驱动系统载荷谱构建与集成设计方法课题研究任务，开展XDE320矿用自卸车轮毂驱动系统载荷谱测试及构建研究，实现复杂动态工况下XDE320矿用自卸车轮毂驱动系统多点多参数载荷谱信号的同步测试，解决国内大扭矩轮毂驱动系统载荷谱缺失问题。
根据载荷谱数据计算信号需求以及矿用自卸车整机信号数据特征，确定通过实时采集整机CAN信号的方式，获取电机、发动机和整车状态等数据信息，具体包括电机转矩、电机转速、实时载货重量、油气悬挂压力、发动机转速、整机行驶状态、电制动状态、前桥制动压力、后桥制动压力和装载制动信号。依据徐工矿机公司XDE320车辆在国内矿区应用情况，开展该车型在内蒙古黑岱沟煤矿的实际运行工况载荷谱数据测试，形成XDE320矿用自卸车载荷谱测试工况数据。设计载荷数据处理方案，通过载荷谱数据预处理、数据典型工况分类处理、典型工况数据统计计算和载荷谱结果编制步骤，实现载荷谱数据统计处理，输出XDE320矿用自卸车轮毂驱动系统载荷谱结果。

This study focuses on the research task of load spectrum construction and integrated design method for high-torque hub drive systems. We conducted load spectrum testing and construction research on the XDE320 mining dump truck's hub drive system, aiming to achieve synchronous testing of multi-point and multi-parameter load spectrum signals of the XDE320 mining dump truck's hub drive system under complex dynamic working conditions, and resolve the issue of missing load spectrum data for domestic high-torque hub drive systems.
Based on the signal requirements derived from load spectrum calculation and the characteristics of the full-vehicle signal data of mining dump trucks, we decided to collect data including motor and engine status and vehicle state via real-time acquisition of the vehicle's CAN signals. The specific collected data items are: motor torque, motor speed, real-time loaded weight, hydropneumatic suspension pressure, engine speed, vehicle driving state, electric brake state, front axle brake pressure, rear axle brake pressure, and loading brake signal.
According to the application status of XCMG Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.'s XDE320 vehicles in domestic mining areas, we carried out actual operating condition load spectrum data testing of this model at Heidaigou Coal Mine, Inner Mongolia, China, and obtained the load spectrum test condition data for the XDE320 mining dump truck.
We designed a load data processing scheme, which includes four steps: load spectrum data preprocessing, classification processing of typical working condition data, statistical calculation of typical working condition data, and compilation of load spectrum results. Through this scheme, we completed the statistical processing of load spectrum data and output the load spectrum results of the XDE320 mining dump truck's hub drive system. The total data volume is 1.70 MB.
