CI_testing_rbfe_results

NOTE: these datasets are for OpenFE's internal continuous integration testing only, and are not guaranteed to be scientifically accurate. This data should not be used in publications. openfe testing datasets as of v1.3.0. TYK2 openfe cli results data with differing file structures for testing: rbfe_results_parallel_repeats: each protocol unit includes one simulation repeat, repeats are done in paralelle with output under "results_0", "results_1", "results_2" rbfe_results_serial_repeats: each protocol unit includes 3 simulation repeats, all under "results/"注意：本数据集仅用于OpenFE的内部持续集成测试，不保证其科学准确性，且不得用于学术发表。 截至v1.3.0版本的OpenFE测试数据集。 用于测试的TYK2相关OpenFE命令行界面（Command Line Interface, CLI）结果数据，包含多种不同的文件结构： rbfe_results_parallel_repeats：每个协议单元包含1次模拟重复，重复任务以并行方式执行，输出结果存储于"results_0"、"results_1"、"results_2"目录下。 rbfe_results_serial_repeats：每个协议单元包含3次模拟重复，所有结果均存储于"results/"目录下。
