本数据集包含黄色PS-Speck微球（Yellow PS-Speck beads）的1000帧时间序列，每帧对应一次低激发功率的单次光栅扫描；此外还包含通过对全部1000帧的高斯滤波平均图像进行阈值化处理生成的信号与噪声掩模图像。
