Data for: Early Paleozoic magmatism in northern Kontum Massif, Central Vietnam: insights into tectonic evolution of the eastern Indochina Block

These data include major and trace element compositions, zircon ages and Hf-isotope compositions of the early Paleozoic Chu Lai and Dai Loc granitic complexes in the Kontum Massif, central Vietnam. They are used to determine the formation ages, origins, source compositions and tectonic settings of these two granitc complexes, and in turn reveal the early Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the eastern Indochina Block, and relationship with other continents along the northern margin of the Gondwana.

本数据集涵盖越南中部昆腾地块（Kontum Massif）内早古生代朱莱与代洛花岗岩杂岩体的主量元素、微量元素组成，锆石年代数据及铪同位素组成。该数据集可用于厘定这两套花岗岩杂岩体的形成时代、成因机制、源区组成与构造背景，进而揭示印支地块（Indochina Block）东部早古生代的构造演化历程，及其与冈瓦纳大陆（Gondwana）北缘其他大陆间的构造关联。
