NRS-18929 | Registers of Gazetted Annual Leases [Wentworth Lands Office]

These registers contain a summary record of all approved Annual Leases in the Land District of Wentworth, kept by the Wentworth Lands Office.Once an application for an Annual Lease had been approved and the notice published in the NSW Government Gazette, the Crown Land Agent would record the Lease information in these registers. Each entry was arranged according to the Annual Lease (AL) number published in the Gazette. The registers were then used to record all payments of rent.These registers record information such as the name and address of leasee or transferee, date of transfer and date of letter intimidating registration at Lands Department, date of commencement of Lease, date of Gazette, Parish, County, date of forfeiture, annual rent, date and amount of payments made, fines on late payments, and any refunds authorised.

本登记簿汇总记录了温特沃斯土地辖区内所有获批的年度租赁（Annual Lease，以下简称AL）相关信息，由温特沃斯土地办公室负责保管。当年度租赁申请获批且相关公告在新南威尔士州政府公报（NSW Government Gazette）发布后，王室土地代理人便会将该租赁的详细信息录入上述登记簿。每条条目均按照公报中刊载的AL编号进行编排，后续登记簿将用于记录所有租金缴纳情况。本登记簿所记载的信息涵盖：承租人或受让人的姓名与住址、转让日期、告知土地部门办理登记的函件日期、租赁起始日期、公报刊载日期、堂区、郡、租赁没收日期、年租金金额、已缴租金的日期与数额、逾期缴费罚款以及获批的退款金额等。
