Experiment 1: Correlation between the developed system and the MoCA The experimental process is as follows: l Step 1: The participants signed a consent form, and surveys of TMSE and fear-avoidance belief questionnaires were conducted. l Step 2: Thirty-one participants who could complete the entire assessments were randomly divided into two groups with no significant difference (p > .05) in their age, education, and TMSE score to determine whether the order of tests affected the results. The profiles of groups A and B are shown in Table 1. l Step 3: The MoCA test was conducted for Group A, and the FC mental game and TAM2 paper questionnaires were conducted for Group B. Participants played all of the games in the same order, without time constraints. l Step 4: Two weeks later, the participants in Group A and Group B were switched. The FC mental game and TAM2 paper questionnaires were conducted for Group A, and the MoCA test was conducted for Group B. The correlation between the system evaluation results and the traditional printed evaluation (MoCA) results was evaluated using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Experiment 2: TAM2 questionnaire survey We used the TAM2 questionnaire to evaluate the participant’s science and technology acceptance of this system on usage intention, perceived ease of use, entertainment, and degree of preference. The TAM2 questionnaire was administered to the 31 participants recruited in experiment 1. After completing experiment 1, we gave them a TAM2 paper questionnaire. All TAM2 items were measured on a seven-point scale ranging from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree,” and we collected all of the results to calculate the average and standard deviations of each.
