TAtouScan HMM database

This repository contains the HMM profiles used by TAtouScan to annotate toxin-antitoxin (TA) systems. TAtouScan is a command-line tool designed to identify TA systems in both genomes and metagenomes. It relies on curated HMM profiles representing known toxin and antitoxin families.
