Molecular signatures in a Hepatitis B Vaccine-immunized neonatal Tissue Construct in vitro correlate with antibody response in vivo

We employ our 3-dimensional tissue construct model that was previously used to investigate and replicate human age- specific vaccine responses in vivo, to a) gain insights into vaccine-induced OMIC signatures after single vs combined vaccination and b) investigate the association between human in vitro OMIC signatures and human in vivo hepatitis B antibody titers, a universally-accepted correlate of vaccine-induced protection.
