Data relating to the measures taken by the managers and the General Manager of PoliS-Lombardy pursuant to Article 23(1) of Legislative Decree No 33/2013 / Article 1(16) of Law No 190/2012 . The lists and summary sheets of the final measures of the proceedings, adopted by the administrative managers of PoliS-Lombardia, referring to: a) authorisation or concession; b) choice of contractor for the award of works, supplies and services, also with reference to the selection method chosen pursuant to the code of public contracts, relating to works, services and supplies, referred to in Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006; competitions and selective tests for the recruitment of staff and career progression referred to in Article 24 of Legislative Decree No 150 of 2009; d) agreements entered into by the administration with private entities or with other public administrations.本数据集涵盖PoliS-伦巴第（PoliS-Lombardy）管理人员及总经理依据2013年第33号立法令第23条第1款/2012年第190号法律第1条第16项所采取的各项相关措施。 数据集包含由PoliS-伦巴第行政管理人员通过的各项程序最终措施的清单与汇总表，涉及以下类别： a) 许可或特许授权； b) 工程、物资与服务采购中的承包商遴选活动，同时涉及依据2006年4月12日第163号立法令所规定的公共合同法典选定的遴选方式，该法典适用于工程、服务与物资采购； c) 依据2009年第150号立法令第24条规定的人员招聘与职业发展竞聘及选拔测试； d) 本行政机构与私人实体或其他公共行政部门签订的各类协议。
