Data underlying the publication: A guide to the in vitro reconstitution of Cdc42 GTPase activity and its regulation

We investigated the<em> in vitro </em>GTPase activity of the <em>S.cerevisae</em> GTPase Cdc42, alone and in combination with its GDP/GTP exchange factor (GEF) Cdc24. We used the GTPase assay 'GTPase-Glo assay' by Promega. The data consists of assay data (amount of remaining GTP for various time points and protein concentrations) for variously tagged Cdc42 constructs and purification batches.

我们针对酿酒酵母（S.cerevisae）来源的GTP酶（GTPase）Cdc42，分别在单独存在以及与其鸟苷酸交换因子（GDP/GTP exchange factor, GEF）Cdc24联合存在的条件下，开展了体外（in vitro）GTP酶活性研究。本实验采用普洛麦格（Promega）公司的GTPase-Glo检测试剂盒（GTPase-Glo assay）完成检测。本数据集包含针对不同标签修饰的Cdc42构建体与不同纯化批次样本的检测数据，具体记录了不同时间点及不同蛋白浓度条件下剩余GTP的含量。
