Upfront whole blood transcriptional patterns in patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors associate with clinical outcome

This repository contains supplementary materials for the research paper "Upfront whole blood transcriptional patterns in patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors associate with clinical outcome".
