SA1 based data for Proficiency in Spoken English of Parents by Age of Dependent Children, in General Community Profile (GCP), 2016 Census. Count of dependent children in couple families. Comprises children aged under 15 years and dependent students aged 15-24 years, who were present in the household on Census Night. Excludes same-sex couples. Excludes couple families where the husband/wife or de facto partner was temporarily absent on Census Night. G12 is broken up into 2 sections (G12a - G12b), this section contains 'Child 0-4 years female parent Speaks English only male parent Speaks English only' - 'Child 15-17 years female parent Speaks English only male parent Speaks other language and Proficiency in English not stated'. The data is by SA1 2016 boundaries. Periodicity: 5-Yearly. \nNote: There are small random adjustments made to all cell values to protect the confidentiality of data. 本数据集基于2016年人口普查通用社区概况（General Community Profile，GCP），围绕受抚养子女年龄维度统计父母英语口语熟练程度（Proficiency in Spoken English），以SA1（Statistical Area 1）为统计单元。统计内容为夫妇家庭中的受抚养子女数量，统计对象为普查夜当晚居住于该家庭的15岁以下子女，以及15至24岁的受抚养学生。本数据集排除同性伴侣家庭，以及普查夜当晚配偶或事实伴侣暂时不在场的夫妇家庭。G12模块分为两个子部分（G12a至G12b），本数据集对应分组覆盖范围为："0-4岁子女，母亲仅使用英语，父亲仅使用英语"至"15-17岁子女，母亲仅使用英语，父亲使用其他语言且英语熟练程度未说明"。本数据采用2016年SA1统计区域边界划定，更新周期为每5年一次。

备注：为保护数据保密性，所有单元格数值均进行了小幅随机调整。此类调整可能导致行、列求和结果与表格总计值存在微小偏差。
