Test data for the mixing, measuring and working container technical revisions

This dataset contains the cfDNA concentration measurement results for different mixing, measuring and working container designs with comparison to the reference measurements. Included are the conceptually different major versions 2D-5 (with two protocol revisions), T8, T14 and the latest version T27.2. The plasma sample volume for all experiments was 5 ml (when not freshly prepared, stored frozen, -80°C). Measurement of the cfDNA concentration was performed using the Qubit™ 2.0 and Qubit™ 3.0 fluorometers with the Qubit™ 1X dsDNA High Sensitivity (HS) Assay Kit Q33231. Reagents used for testing were CMG-1304 chemagic cfNA 5k Kit H24 unless otherwise noted. Reference extractions were performed using the same reagent kit either manually or using the Chemagic™ 360 automated nucleic acid extraction instrument, both according to the manufacturer protocols for the kit.
