In our study, we found that reprogrammed glia by activating PI3K and EGFR pathways promotes axon regeneration in the central nervous systems of Drosophila larvae. Thus, we analysized the transcriptome of the CNS collected from flies with or without repromgrammed glia by RNA-seq. Overall design: collected 70-100 larvae central nervous systems for each sample, and two samples for either control group or treatment group
