Breed Composition and Genomic Heterozygosity in Brangus and Braford Composite Cattle

This repository contains genotype datasets corresponding to Argentine populations of the composite cattle breeds Brangus and Braford used in the present study. Included files 1. braford and brangus.zipCompressed VCF file containing the combined genotype data from the Argentine Brangus and Braford populations. 2. for shapeit_braford.zipCompressed VCF file corresponding to the Argentine Braford population, prepared for haplotype phasing analyses using the SHAPEIT software. 3. for shapeit_brangus.zipCompressed VCF file corresponding to the Argentine Brangus population, prepared for haplotype phasing analyses using the SHAPEIT software. Access to raw genotype data requires a formal request to the corresponding author and authorization according to institutional data-sharing policies involving the Brangus and Braford breed associations.本仓库包含本研究中使用的阿根廷复合肉牛品种布兰格斯牛（Brangus）与布拉福德牛（Braford）种群对应的基因型数据集。 包含文件 1. braford and brangus.zip：压缩后的VCF（Variant Call Format，变异调用格式）文件，整合了阿根廷布兰格斯牛与布拉福德牛种群的合并基因型数据。 2. for shapeit_braford.zip：压缩后的VCF文件，对应阿根廷布拉福德牛种群，已针对使用SHAPEIT软件开展的单倍型分型分析完成预处理。 3. for shapeit_brangus.zip：压缩后的VCF文件，对应阿根廷布兰格斯牛种群，已针对使用SHAPEIT软件开展的单倍型分型分析完成预处理。 原始基因型数据的获取需向通讯作者提交正式申请，并遵循涉及布兰格斯牛与布拉福德牛品种协会的机构数据共享政策以获得授权。
