This study investigates the alterations in the transcriptomic landscape of cells following treatment with cinobufagin. The experimental procedure was conducted as follows: ARPE-19 cells were cultured in 6-well plates one day prior to treatment, during which they were exposed to cinobactin (320 nM) or DMSO for 24 hours. Following this exposure, the cell pellet was collected and dissolved in Trizol reagent to extract total RNA from the sample. Transcriptome sequencing was performed after confirming that the RNA quality met the necessary standards. Ultimately, the transcriptome data expression profiles of ARPE-19 cells treated with cinobufagin (experimental group) and DMSO (control group) were obtained.
