Dataset: A systematic review of clinical practice guidelines for acute stroke rehabilitation in WHO-African countries.

This dataset accompanies a systematic review of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) for acute stroke rehabilitation in the WHO African Region and includes CPGs from three countries (Cameroon, South Africa, and Cabo Verde). It contains domain-level quality ratings of each guideline using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) instrument, scored independently by two raters and finalized by consensus, along with Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) quantifying interrater reliability for each domain and the overall assessment. In addition, the dataset provides a structured comparison of key recommendations from the three national CPGs against the World Stroke Organization (WSO) stroke rehabilitation guidelines and action plan, highlighting areas of convergence and gaps in content and scope.本数据集配套于一项针对世界卫生组织（World Health Organization，WHO）非洲区域急性卒中康复相关临床实践指南（Clinical Practice Guidelines，CPGs）的系统综述，纳入了喀麦隆、南非与佛得角三国的临床实践指南。本数据集包含采用指南研究与评价工具II（Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II，AGREE II）对每篇指南进行的领域层面质量评级，该评级由两名评价者独立评分，后经协商一致确定最终结果；同时还包含组内相关系数（Intraclass Correlation Coefficients，ICCs），用于量化各领域及整体评估的评价者间信度。此外，本数据集还针对上述三国临床实践指南中的核心推荐意见，与世界卒中组织（World Stroke Organization，WSO）卒中康复指南及行动计划开展结构化对比，明确了内容与范围上的契合之处与空白领域。
