This dataset accompanies the study “Deregulating m6A Regulators Leads to Altered RNA Biology in Glioma Cell Lines”. It examines how perturbation of key m6A RNA regulators—METTL3 (writer), ALKBH5 (eraser), and IGF2BP2 (reader)—affects RNA biology in glioma cell lines. The dataset includes: (1) Nanopore RNA-seq data: Zipped FASTQ files from three biological replicates per condition (Naïve, ALKBH5 knockdown, METTL3 knockdown, IGF2BP2 knockdown, and healthy astrocytes) (2) Gene and transcript abundance estimates: Raw counts and normalized CPM values generated using Bambu Quantification. (3) m6anet outputs: Raw results for each condition, with the replicates pooled. These files represent the source data used for post-sequencing analyses in the study.
