Annonaceae Sequencing

The aim of the project was to sequence the plastomes of several genera from the pantropical flowering plant family Annonaceae. The analysis of this data allows to elucidate on the evolution of this family. Combining this knowledge with the existing geographical information provides identification of speciation factors.
