The vaginal metabolome of rabbit under heat stress

Heat stress can affet the hormone secretion, endocrine balance. Many researches have proved the correlations between vaginal microbita and human reproductive functions. Heat stress has been a severe challenge to the reproduction function of female animals or human beings as the global warming arises. whether heat stress affect the vaginal microbiome of rabbit reminas unkonwn. In the study, 16 s sequencing was applied to explore the changes of vaginal microbiome of 16 rabbits.
