资源简介:
In 2010, during the field topographic effects project (Experiment 1), surface wave testing was conducted approximately 400 meters south of the main topographic effects array. The testing was conducted to determine the near-surface shear wave velocity (Vs) structure of the mountain. The velocity structure or profile is used in the estimate of the hypocenter of each event recorded by the passive topographic array. The experimental setup used 16 vertical 1 Hz geophones placed in a linear array with an equal spacing of 7.62 meters between each receiver. Both active and passive Multichannel Analysis of Surface Wave (MASW) testing was conducted under this experiment. Trial 1 represents the active source testing and Trial 2 represents the passive source testing. Further explanation of each experiment and the data available is provided in the documentation section.
