Dit rapport beschrijft scenarioontwikkeling en analyses met het Model for Nature Policy (MNP) zoals bedoeld voor de exante evaluatie van het Programa Stikstofreductie en Natuurverbetering. We ontwikkelen vier scenarios die met MNP worden geevalueerd: de huidige situatie als referentiekader, het ‘basispad 2030’ situatie waarin staand beleid is geimplmenteerd en tenslotte de plan- en uitvoeringspotentieel scenarios. Hierin zijn de maatregelen van het Programma volledig respectievelijk deels gerealiseerd. <strong>Referaat UK</strong>. This report concerns scenario-design and analysis using the Model for Nature Policy (MNP), as intended for the exante evaluation of the Program for Nitrogen-reduction an Nature-restoration. We developed four scenarios which were analysed with MNP: the currect situation as reference-frame, a ‘standing-policy’ scenario incorporating current policies and finally the ‘as-planned‘ and ‘as-executed’ scenarios, which carry the full and partial implementation of the intended policies respectively.
