In 2022, the average selling price of residential real estate in some of the largest cities in the Netherlands ranged between approximately 621,000 euros in Amsterdam and 288,000 euros in Leeuwarden. Overall, Utrecht was the most expensive province to buy a single-family house in 2022, with the average price exceeding the national average by close to 200,000 euros.
