XPlanning data set BPL “Green Square, Zeller Weg”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the “Green Square, Zeller Weg” development plan of the town of Backnang from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Re-establishment in the area between “Berliner Ring, In der Plaisir, Fußweg (Flurstück 3580/28) and parcel 3422”.开发计划（Development Plan，BPL）包含约束城市规划秩序的具有法律效力的议定条款。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为巴克南市（Backnang）采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的"泽勒路绿色广场（Green Square, Zeller Weg）"开发计划。说明：对"柏林环路、In der Plaisir、步行道（Flurstück 3580/28）"与地块3422之间的区域开展重新开发建设工作。
